Ohio Performing Arts Grants

There are several programs and organizations in Ohio that provide grants for the performing arts. Many come from the Ohio Arts Council, while others come from businesses and private organizations. There are often stringent requirements, and the process to receive Ohio Performing Arts Grants is competitive. The grants vary in type; however, there are some geared specifically toward organizations while others are geared toward individuals and professionals.


Ohio Arts Council Grants


Building Cultural Diversity Initiative - Grants of up to $5,000 are provided to culturally diverse organizations for programming, project support, or short-term professional development of administrators.


Artist Visits For Schools And Community Organizations - This grant program provides funding for schools and community organizations to collaborate with and host artists.


Awards Recognizing Individual Artistic Achievement - Grants provide financial support, allowing artists to develop their skills, experiment and explore their chosen form.
