Remove Berry Stains From Car Paint

Removing berry stains is an easy process

Berries can sometimes come into contact with a car, leaving an unsightly stain on the car paint. Whether you've got a berry bush near your driveway, berry-eating birds that leave droppings on you car, or a mischievous neighbor who throws berries at your vehicle, it is important to remove the berry stains from your car paint. Act quickly to remove the stains as soon as you notice them, which will make the cleaning procedure much easier.

Instructions

1. Pour 1/4 cup of water into a bowl, with 1/4 cup of white vinegar. The vinegar will cut through the berry stains, while the diluted mixture will prevent the vinegar from damaging the car paint.

2. Pour 1 tsp. of dish soap into the bowl also, which will help cut through the berry texture.

3. Dip a cloth into the solution, then wipe over the stained area of car paint. Wipe in small circular motions, as you would to buff out the stain.

4. Continue until you have removed the entire stain, then clean the area once more with fresh, clean water. This will remove any remaining vinegar or berry residue.
